Welcome to the Housing Portal

This is the Login page of the St. George's University Housing Portal. If you are new to St. George's University, you must be formally admitted, have paid your deposit, and been provided with the University's system credentials before you can access the portal and apply for housing.

Your Username and Password are the same credentials you use to access SGU portal and Student Self Service.

All non-residents of Grenada are required to live on campus for one year, regardless of program subject to space availability. Residents of Grenada are exempt from this requirement. Students that are required to live on campus must each use this portal to apply for university housing or for an exemption that will allow them to live off campus.

Once a term is underway, enrolled students who are required to live on campus for their next term will be notified by the Housing Office, select their roommates and/or rooms through this portal before the housing lottery takes place.

Students beyond term one and two who want to live on campus for their next term can apply for a room through this portal.

St. George’s University has partnered with Insurance Consultants of Grenada to provide our students with renter's insurance covering their property in Grenada. This insurance coverage is mandatory for students who have opted for on-campus housing. A pre-negotiated USD rate per term will appear on your bill. This insurance will cover dormitory resident’s personal belongings if lost or stolen as well as damage to items due to flood, fire or natural disasters. Electronic devices must be registered with the insurance company for maximum coverage to apply.
